With Pocket Help Desk you can track your time for your various tasks and include an hourly charge for your time. With a start/stop button you can begin the task and stop it when you are done. Or you can block the time using the time grid.

Then easily import that data into your desktop database and run graphs and reports. Following are screen-shots showing the software.

	This is the main screen upon entering the program. You have the Start button which will start the timer. You can also block the time spent and the minutes will be calculated. You can select the requested by from a table or enter it at the time of entry. The same is true with the Task selection. Each task can be assigned a default hourly charge so you can run billing reports.
	This screen-shot shows the reports. From the main screen click on the Icon of a printer. Once at this screen you can group your data by the various catagories. You can see how many minutes and the time and charges. CSV Export is also available. You can create a graph showing your time in the various tasks.
	From the File menu you can edit the Requsted By table. You can enter pre-defined entries or you can type the requested by when entering the data.
	From the File menu you can edit the your Tasks. You can enter pre-defined entries or you can type the Task when entering the data. Tasks allow you to enter an hourly charge if desired.
	If your entry requires extensive notes you can enter these by selecting the Notes button. There are also "Quick Notes" which you can edit thru the file menu. It allows you to pre-define notes for quick entry.

You can also control your Pocket PC defaults from your desktop. Below shows the screen where you enter default settings as well as registration information.

FAQ

1) PDA says not a valid CE Application - I'm working on this but you can still run the software by creating a shortcut to the pockethelpdesk.vb instead of pockethelpdesk.exe

2) Active Sync should be installed - If it is not when you run the desktop app and you receive the message rapi.dll is missing. You can download the following files to allow the desktop version to run www.nssdd.com/rapi.dll, www.nssdd.com/ceutil.dll. If you have any others please send me an email and I will add them to the install program and to my site for downloading
